Justifying Employer Spend on a Job Board

Jeff Dickey-Chasins has a list of suggestions for job boards better serving employers; here’s one that stood out for us:

Do give me reporting: How can I justify spending on your site if you can’t give me the numbers I need? Tell me how many times my postings show up, how often they’re accessed, how many applies I receive, how I compare to your other customers … the list goes on and on. If you’re listening to me (see #8), you know what I want.

With our new rightsource technology, job boards will be able to report applicant clicks, submissions, and progress within the online application funnel.  With rightsource, a job board has access to a richer set of data that helps answer these sorts of questions for employers.  So, we’re happy to be assisting in one small step to make the online recruiting world better…
